The Huntingfield subdivision is a large project that will take up to seven years to complete.
The subdivision will be delivered in stages with critical infrastructure and around 210 residential lots delivered in Stage 1 of the master plan.
Early works to build a new roundabout and provide a safer intersection on the Channel Highway and Stage 1 construction have commenced.
These works will also deliver the first 30 residential lots in Stage 1 of the Huntingfield redevelopment, anticipated for purchase off the plan in late 2023.
Subdivision works will deliver new road construction and the installation of all essential housing infrastructure connections, such as water and sewerage, electricity, and telecommunications.
The completion of remaining Stage 1 will be progressed once the first release is completed.
