Homes Tasmania is delivering more affordable home ownership opportunities for Tasmanians.

The subdivision proposed at 33 Elderslie Road, Brighton, will deliver around 100 new land lots in one of Hobart’s fastest growing suburbs.

Subject to Council approval, the majority of developed lots will be available for sale once the subdivision is complete.

These lots will be quarantined for the first 30 days for affordable home purchase with the MyHome shared equity program.

Homes Tasmania is holding a drop-in session for the local community and people who want to build their own home in Brighton:
