Homes Tasmania has developed a new Dashboard to report on key performance measures under the Tasmanian Housing Strategy 2023-2043 and the first Action Plan.
The new Dashboard presents additional narrative and provides further explanation of Homes Tasmania’s approach to achieving our target of 10 000 net social and affordable homes by 2032.
The new Dashboard includes detailed reporting on homes and lots of land that have been completed as part of the 10 000 homes target, as well as in-depth information on the funding model and pipeline of works, including projects that are still in the concept phase.
The Dashboard reports on a range of key performance indicators, such as:
- the delivery of more accessible homes
- the delivery of more affordable rentals and home ownership
- the release of land for affordable residential development
- and improvements in social housing occupancy.
The Tasmanian Housing Strategy 2023-2043 aims to end homelessness by delivering a well-functioning housing system that provides appropriate and affordable housing for all Tasmanians.
The former Housing Dashboard was focused on the achievements delivered under the previous Affordable Housing Strategy, which is no longer relevant.
The new Dashboard will be released on our website on the last Friday of each month.
